I have decided to mod my 10x that I have been flying for a little while to single stick any advice or tricks that would make this easier I see you used pvc pipe I dont really know how to install the pot outside any help would be appreciative

Answer
We made the single stick section out of the gimble from a two stick radio. We pulled it out of the radio, turned it on end and mounted it to the top of the cyclic stick with an "L" bracket. It is of course much more detailed than that, but that is the basic idea.
The main advice I would give is not to do the modification unless you have to. It is a lot of work, it is very easy to damage the parts, you need to take apart two different radios and the radio system will no longer be under warranty if you do it.
