CJYE Crash Replacement Policy

Offer: 50% crash replacement plus shipping.
Requirements: Receipt dated within 6 months of purchase
Contact: CJ Youngblood Enterprises Inc, e-mail us at crashreplacement@curtisyoungblood.com or call 979-779-2172 and ask for crash replacements. Only credit card payments are accepted.
Procedures: When you contact CJYE you will be given an RMA number. For a 50% replacement, present a photo of the unusable item along with the original purchase receipt from an authorized retailer.
In the photo:
Electronics: Cut off wires flush with the cases to show the item is not usable. Scratch your RMA number into electronics case.
Note: Your RMA number must be visible on the product in the photo.
